It is disturbing to him??? what about the teams that have waited for a quarter of a year for their refund???? Shouldn't this email have gone out in January at the latest? From an outsider looking in, looks like they finally realized that people were not coming back to their tournament.

I have sent out several emails addressing refunds from the 2009 Katy Christmas Classic and I am asking for each of you that have received checks to please deposit them in your bank. For the ones that have not received checks please email me your team name, mailing address, and contact number so that I can send your check to you.
I have been hearing all types of complaints towards my team (Katy Cruiser Gold) and the league (KGSA) that we are associated with to you name it! Its very disturbing to me since most of you have supported this tournament in the past and know that we do our best to make sure that every team is treated fairly each year. I have a list of teams that I have sent checks to over the last few months but again, please take the time to check your records and let your parents know that this is being handled by me personally! If I don't hear from you by April 1, 2010 I will assume that you DO NOT want a refund check! I have left each of you my cell number below if you would like to call me with any questions.
